Before the summer holidays, we launched Ensomhed i Tal together with Økonomer Uden Grænser and Copenhagen Economics - Our contribution to fighting the massive burden of loneliness in Denmark.

Ensomhed i Tal contains a Loneliness Calculator that can calculate the socio-economic consequences of efforts against loneliness in Denmark.

Research has shown that there are significant socio-economic benefits to reducing loneliness, such as improved quality of life and lower healthcare costs.

However, it can be difficult to quantify these benefits, which can make it challenging to evaluate the impact of the intervention and thus limit the opportunities to raise funds.
